What sets Paillot Equestrian apart is the combined knowledge and diversity of its team members.
All of our other team members bring to the plate something of their own, all with one mission in mind: finding and producing top quality sport horses.
NICOLAS PAILLOT
As a third generation equestrian enthusiast, Nicolas Paillot started his riding career early on.
He competed in 2 consecutive European championships in 1986 and 1987 and held the Junior World Record Puissance at 2m15 in 1986.

With placings in some of the world’s most prestigious horse shows such as the CSI**** of Cannes, Bratislava and Copenhagen, Nicolas is currently riding a string of up and coming young horses.
​
Most of his career highlights were held with an extraordinary mare: Infinie Rivage, a home bred mare out Rivage du Poncel Samsung and Narcotique.
​
Together, the pair won and placed in several International Grand Prix. Infinie was retired at the age of 15, following a successful winter at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida. That winter included participation in the World Cup Qualifier and several Grand Prix’s. Their last rounds took place during the Wellington Nations Cup where they finished the second round with 0 faults. Please click here to view their final round.
After 9 years in retirement, Infinie quietly left us at the age of 25, in the same field where she had grown up.

We look forward to seeing her daughter, Infinie Girl de Chamant evolve in the years to come, hoping that she will carry some of her mother's generosity and willingness.

ANNE CAROLINE VALTIN
Anne Caroline Valtin joined the Paillot Equestrian Team in 2015.
Following years of horse show management experience, Anne Caroline’s PR and customer relationship skills are a great asset to our team. She truly enjoys putting on events, receiving clients and is always up for a good challenge.
​
After successfully showing some of our sale horses, Anne Caroline has found her niche in riding young and hot horses at Paillot Equestrian.
​
In addition to her involvement with our team, Anne Caroline founded Anne Caroline, Inc. a company specializing in Cause PR, Marketing and Events.
​
She completed a Masters in International Law (2018) and is truly passionate about human rights, any humanitarian efforts and sustainable development. You may find her in Wellington running the Great Charity Challenge, an event that raises and donates over $1 million to local charities every year.
